Sofia Zarar

My name is Sofia Zarar, I have been closely following the events that CMM have organized over the past year. I have been really impressed with the high quality, informative and very useful topics that have been discussed in these forums. Raising awareness for women in our communities is a crucial tool to empower them. Key topics such as the menopause, mental health, drug abuse, fostering and well being have helped women to have more knowledge in these key areas and to develop a positive attitude to help themselves and others. Having recently attended their International Women’s event recently, I was inspired by the contributions of all the speakers. As a professional working in the education sector, I look forward to contributing to further events to support this important work.
